ATENA INDUSTRY PATENTS
Atena Industry, in collaboration with the Department of Agri-Food Sciences at the University of Udine, has patented a method for brewing beer and a method for producing pasta, replacing some of the traditional ingredients with a plant-based infusion produced in-house.
Solidarity project
Since 2021, Atena Industry, in collaboration with Nemesi, a social cooperative, has been supporting the integration of disadvantaged people into the world of work.
